We don’t always have to take huge or dramatic steps to increase our confidence levels. In fact, taking small consistent steps is the best way to work on our self-esteem.

We all have those things that scare us or that we would like to avoid. It can be something as simple as ordering food over the phone rather than online. Whatever it may be, doing that thing that makes you uncomfortable is a great way to build your self-esteem. When you see that you were able to succeed, you will have the confidence to keep challenging yourself even more.
