Our minds create a constant stream of thoughts. Most of us, most of the time, simply let those thoughts come, consuming our attention. We bounce from task to task without much reflection. Of course, this is necessary to get anything done. The problem, however, is we can easily get caught in thought and action loops that run counter to our goals and ambitions. Stepping back to analyze occasionally can produce surprising results. How can you get space from your thoughts?
