Instead, we should look to tactics like changing our environments and finding ways to make the habit more enjoyable. Why are you doing it? Take exercise for example. Perhaps you hate going to the gym. Don’t go! Find another form of exercise like sports or jogging. Brainstorming can produce many options for making a habit easier and more enjoyable, which means you’re more likely to stick with it. How can you make a good habit feel better?
