Her coaching specialty focuses on reversing Imposter Syndrome. She taps into the intersection of neuroscience, mindfulness and story to support clients in living more courageous and fulfilling lives. She is the author of reMIND and reMIND the Basics which serve as course content for college students to foster emotional resilience in the face of stress and uncertainty.
