I saw this was a trending search and wanted to dig into it a bit. The question is phrased in a way that assumes you need or show others that you’re happy for some reason. I think that’s a bit misguided. For the vast majority of circumstances, I think the more appropriate question is something like, how do I socially manage being unhappy?

1-Why do you want to pretend to be happy?
2-Are there other solutions to your problems?
3-How do you tend to communicate when you feel unhappy?
